01Project overview

Our first project started with a parking space. For her senior year, Anabelle designed and painted a Spider-Man-inspired parking-space mural. What began as a personal father-daughter project became the first demonstration of the 2/3/Create operating model.

One idea became:

  • A visual-art project
  • A design exercise
  • A collaborative production
  • A photography subject
  • A video story
  • Social content
  • Portfolio material
  • A lesson in planning, execution, documentation, and presentation

The creative work is the beginning—not necessarily the end—of the asset.

06Lessons learned

  • 01

Plan the surface before the art

Preparation, weather, and sealing determined the schedule more than the drawing did.

  • 02

    Document while you work

Process footage cannot be recreated afterward. Capturing it made a second and third asset possible.

  • 03

    One idea, many assets

The mural produced photography, video, social content, portfolio material, and this case study.

  • 04

    Know what you own

An independent fan-art tribute is not a licensed property. That distinction shapes what can and cannot be sold.

07Final gallery

One project down. The next one starts with an idea.
